SUBCHAPTER I--IN GENERAL
Sec. 426o. Great Lakes material disposal
In planning and implementing any navigation project (including
maintenance thereof) on the Great Lakes and adjacent waters, the
Secretary shall consult and cooperate with concerned States in selecting
disposal areas for dredged material which is suitable for beach
nourishment.

``Secretary'' Defined
Secretary means the Secretary of the Army, see section 2201 of this
title.
