Sec. 504. Cadets and midshipmen: chapter does not apply to
This chapter does not apply to cadets at the United States Military
Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the Coast Guard Academy,
midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy, or cadets or midshipmen
serving elsewhere in the armed forces.
