CHAPTER 11--PAYMENTS TO MENTALLY INCOMPETENT PERSONS
Sec. 604. Determination of Secretary final
The determination as to the person authorized to receive a payment
under section 602 of this title is final and is not subject to review by
an official of the United States or a court.
