CHAPTER 13--ALLOTMENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS OF PAY
Sec. 704. Allotments: officers of Public Health Service
Commissioned officers of the Public Health Service who are on active
duty may, under regulations prescribed by the President, make allotments
from their pay.
