CHAPTER 20--FINANCE
Sec. 2001. Definitions
As used in this chapter--
(1) ``Fund'' means the Postal Service Fund established by
section 2003 of this chapter; and
(2) ``obligations'', when referring to debt instruments issued
by the Postal Service, means notes, bonds, debentures, mortgages,
and any other evidence of indebtedness.

Chapter effective July 1, 1971, pursuant to Resolution No. 71-9 of
