Sec. 1200d. Effect of condemnation of Sioux lands for dam
purposes on construction of Fort Randall Dam
Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to restrict completion
of the Fort Randall Dam to provide flood protection and other benefits
on the Missouri River.
