§ 573. — Expenses of appraisement and sale; rules and regulations.

Sec. 573. Expenses of appraisement and sale; rules and
regulations
Reclamation funds are authorized to be appropriated for use in
defraying the necessary expenses of appraisement and sale of the lands
authorized to be sold under section 571 of this title, and the Secretary
of the Interior is authorized to perform any and all acts and to make
such rules and regulations as, in his opinion, may be necessary and
proper for carrying out the purposes of sections 571 to 573 of this
title.
