Section 1. Fiscal Service of the Treasury Department

Section established the Fiscal Service of the Treasury Department, provided for the transfer of certain functions to the Fiscal Service and of certain functions relating to accounting, and abolished an office of Assistant Secretary of the Treasury. Sec. 2. Federal Alcohol Administration
[Repealed. Pub. L. 97-258, § 5(b), Sept. 13, 1982, 96 Stat. 1068, 1085. Section abolished the Federal Alcohol Administration and provided that the Secretary administer its functions through the Bureau of Internal Revenue.]
