1938, ch. 192, 52 Stat. 344, prohibited use of appropriations to pay
cost or value of injured or destroyed animals, crops, or other property.
Section 148e, act Apr. 6, 1937, ch. 69, Sec. 6, as added May 9,
1938, ch. 192, 52 Stat. 344, authorized appropriations to carry out
provisions of sections 148 to 148e of this title.
