§ 2249. — Amount and character of cooperation.

Sec. 2249. Amount and character of cooperation
Unless otherwise provided by the Department of Agriculture Organic
Act of 1944 or by other statute, the measure and character of
cooperation authorized by said Act on the part of the Federal Government
and on the part of the cooperator shall be such as may be prescribed by
the Secretary, unless otherwise provided for in the applicable
appropriation.
