§ 3312. — Authorization of appropriations for extension education.

Sec. 3312. Authorization of appropriations for extension
education
Notwithstanding any authorization for appropriations for the
Cooperative Extension Service in any Act enacted prior to September 29,
1977, there are hereby authorized to be appropriated for the purposes of
carrying out the extension programs of the Department of Agriculture
such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 1991 through
2007.

for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2007'' for ``$420,000,000 for
fiscal year 1991, $430,000,000 for fiscal year 1992, $440,000,000 for
fiscal year 1993, $450,000,000 for fiscal year 1994, and $460,000,000
for each of fiscal years 1995 through 2002''.

ending Sept. 30, 1985.
Effective Date of 1985 Amendment
Section 1423 of Pub. L. 99-198 provided that the amendment made by
that section is effective Oct. 1, 1985.
