Sec. 515f. Authorization of appropriations; disposition of
repayments of loans
(a) For the purpose of administering this chapter there is
authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Agriculture the sum of
$300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for that purpose.
(b) Any advances or loans which are repaid to the Secretary by any
commission or association pursuant to sections 515b and 515d of this
title shall revert to the general fund of the Treasury of the United
States.
