                   SUBCHAPTER IV--RURAL TELEPHONE BANK
 
Sec. 949. Telephone bank receipts; availability for obligations 
        and expenditures
        
    Any receipts from the activities of the telephone bank shall be 
available for all obligations and expenditures of the telephone bank.
