BATAS PAMBANSA BILANG. 121BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 121 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE DON SALVADOR BENEDICTO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL SITUATED IN LA
CARLOTA CITY INTO A NATIONAL HOSPITAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Section 1.
Conversion of the Hospital. — The Don Salvador Benedicto Memorial
Hospital in the City of La Carlota is hereby converted into a national
hospital.
Sec. 2. Appropriation of funds. — The amount
needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in
accordance with Sec. 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged
to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the
Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, funds for
its maintenance and operation shall be provided for in the Annual
General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the
manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
Sec. 3. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect
upon its approval.
