BATAS PAMBANSA BILANG. 430BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 430 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY
OF PAYAO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAYAO
MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL
Section 1. There is hereby established a ten-bed capacity
municipal hospital in the municipality of Payao, Province of Zamboanga
del Sur, to be known as the Payao Municipal Hospital.
Sec. 2. The Minister of Health shall promulgate
such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the
purposes of this Act.
Sec. 3. The amount necessary for the construction
and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty
thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by
Batas Pambansa Bilang 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new
or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its
operation and maintenance shall be included in the Annual General
Appropriations Act.
Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its
approval.
