Section 1. The name of Pasay Road extending from the Fort-Bonifacio Road (station 12.820) in the Municipality of Makati, to Roxas Boulevard-Libertad intersection (station 4.330) in Pasay City both in Metropolitan Manila, is changed to Antonio S. Arnaiz Avenue.  

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
