Section 1. The name of the Balangiga Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Balangiga, Eastern Samar, is hereby changed to Albino M. Duran Memorial Hospital.

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.  

Enacted without executive approval, April 27, 1984.
