Section 1.     Item (13), page 208, Section three, Title (A), sub-paragraph (c) of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen is amended to read as follows:

"(13)    Pototan Social Hall and Gymnasium-P100,000.00"   

Sec. 2.     This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
