REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3053 - AN ACT
PROVIDING MINIMUM COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE CITY POLICE
FORCE OF THE CITY OF CEBU, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE Sec. THIRTY-FIVE OF
COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-EIGHT |
| Section 1. Section thirty-five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-eight is amended by
adding at the end thereof the following new
paragraph: "The following members of the City Police Force shall receive minimum compensation at the following rates: "Patrolmen and Patrolmen Detectives P2,160.00 per annum "Corporals and Corporal Detectives 2,280.00 per annum "Sergeants and Sergeant Detectives 2,400.00 per annum Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
