REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3074 - AN ACT
CREATING ANOTHER POSITION OF LABOR ATTORNEY FOR THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS
OCCIDENTAL, TO BE ASSIGNED IN BACOLOD CITY |
| Section 1. There is
hereby created another position of labor attorney for the Province of
Negros Occidental, to be assigned in Bacolod City, with an annual
compensation of three thousand one hundred eight pesos.
Sec. 2. Said labor attorney shall be under the direct supervision and control of the Department of Labor. He shall perform the same duties and functions which are now exercised by labor attorneys. Sec. 3. There is hereby appropriated the sum of three thousand one hundred eight pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-two. Such sum as may be needed in subsequent years for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its
