REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3078 - AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR TWO ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF
SOUTHERN LEYTE, BY FURTHER AMENDING Sec. SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR
OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE |
| Section 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended,
relative to assistant provincial fiscals, is further amended so that
the Province of Southern Leyte shall have two assistant provincial
fiscals.
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 17, 1961 |
