AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL
HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY STA. ANA, MUNICIPALITY OF LA PAZ, PROVINCE OF
LEYTE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR. |

Section 1. There is hereby established a national high school at Barangay Sta. Ana, Municipality of La Paz, Province of Leyte, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: August 22, 2000. |
