AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST TENTH OF
EACH YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF MAASIN,
PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE. |

Section 1. August ten (August 10) of each year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Maasin, Province of Southern Leyte to commemorate its Charter Day Anniversary. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: April 4, 2003. |
