REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9366 January 09, 2007
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO REV. FR. ULRICH H. SCHLECHT. SVD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Rev. Fr. Ulrich H. Schlecht is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto.cralawredlawlibrary
Sec. 2. Upon the taking and registration of the of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines before the Bureau of Immigration and the issuance to him of the Certificate of Naturalization, Rev. Fr. Ulrich H. Schlecht shall enter upon the full enjoyment of Philippine Citizenship.cralawlibrary
Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
