REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1023 - AN ACT TO NAME THE PUBLIC PLAZA OF THE DISTRICT OF MANDURRIAO, CITY OF ILOILO, SERAPION C. TORRE PARK

Section 1. The public plaza of the district of Mandurriao, City of Iloilo, shall hereafter be known as Serapion C. Torre Park.cralaw
