| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1073 - AN
ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS FOR THE CREATION OF THE CAGAYAN VALLEY AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL
IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN AS A REGIONAL NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL
OF THE CENTRAL LUZON AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE TYPE TO BE KNOWN AS THE
CAGAYAN VALLEY NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL |
| Section 1. The
sum of two hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in
the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, which shall be
expended for the fiscal year for which the appropriation has been
approved by the Director of Public Schools with the approval of the
Secretary of Education for the establishment, operation and maintenance
of the Cagayan Valley National Agricultural School patterned after the
former Central Luzon Agricultural School. Thereafter, the necessary
funds for the operation and maintenance of said school annually shall
be included in the General Appropriation Act.cralaw
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
