AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED
ELEVEN, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS" |
| Section 1. Item (c) under (45) Romblon, paragraph f section
two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven is amended to read
as follows: "(c)
Gabawan-Odiongan High School
Communal Irrigation System Completion P12,000.00" Sec. 2. Item (k) under (45) Romblon, paragraph f, section two of the same Act is repealed.cralaw
Sec. 3. Project No. G-044.2, title G, appendix A
of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "G-044.2:
Gabawan-Odiongan High
School Communal Irrigation System :GR :90 :15 : :15 : 75 : : : 8 : : Construction of diversion works; and canal; 300 hectares. Sec. 4. Project No. G-045.9, title G, appendix A of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "G-045.9:
Concepcion Communal
Irrigation System Badajoz :GR :15 :15 : : : : : : 15 : : : :1: Construction" Sec. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.cralaw Approved: June 22, 1957. |
