AMEND THE ARMED FORCES RETIREMENT ACT SO THAT THE BENEFITS THEREIN
GRANTED SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ATTACHMENT, LEVY, EXECUTION, OR ANY TAX
WHATSOEVER |

Section 1.
Republic Act Numbered Three hundred forty, otherwise
known as the Armed Forces Retirement Act, is amended by inserting
between sections ten and eleven thereof the following new section: "Section 10-A.
The benefits herein granted shall not be subject to attachment, levy,
execution or any tax whatsoever."
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.cralaw Approved: June 19, 1959 |
