REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2738

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2738 - AN ACT AMENDING GROUP III, PARAGRAPH "ah," FOR MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW ITEM TO BE KNOWN AS ITEM (49)

Section 1.    Group III, paragraph "ah," for Mountain Province, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven is amended by adding thereto the following new item: "(49)    Namilangan Barrio School building,     Potia —     Construction of three rooms    P6,000.00." Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.   Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
