AMEND SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-THREE
SO AS TO PERMIT THE GRANTEE VICENTE A. ARANETA A TEMPORARY PERMIT TO
CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, ESTABLISH AND OPERATE PRIVATE FIXED POINT-TO-POINT
AND PRIVATE BASED AND LAND MOBILE RADIO STATIONS FOR THE RECEPTION AND
TRANSMISSION OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES |

Section 1.
Section three of Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred ninety-three is
amended to read as follows: "Sec. 3.
This temporary permit shall continue to be in force during the time the
government has not established similar service at places selected by
the grantee and is made upon the express condition that the same shall
be void unless the grantee completes the construction of at least two
radio stations within two years from date of approval of this
Act." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive
approval, June 19, 1960. |
