REPEALING PROCLAMATION NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN, DATED SEPTEMBER
EIGHTEEN, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE, OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE
PHILIPPINES Section 1. Proclamation Numbered Four hundred eleven, dated September eighteen, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, of the President of the Philippines is hereby repealed. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
