REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4778 - AN ACT
CREATING BARRIO BALANTOY, MUNICIPALITY OF BALBALAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE Section 1. Sitios Balantoy, Ligayan, Kilayon, Bolo and Nawoy, Municipality of Balbalan, Mountain Province, are constituted into a barrio, to be known as Barrio Balantoy of said municipality. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
