REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5328 - AN
ACT PROVIDING ONE ADDITIONAL JUDGE FOR THE CITY COURT OF THE CITY OF
NAGA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SEVENTY-FIVE OF THE CHARTER OF
SAID CITY
Section 1. The first paragraph of Section seventy-five of
Republic Act Numbered Three hundred five, otherwise known as the
Charter of the City of Naga, is hereby amended to read as
follows: Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
approval. Enacted without Executive
approval, June 15, 1968. |
