REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5331 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS TO IMPLEMENT REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE AND FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE SALARIES OF PERSONNEL (RE: SAN JOAQUIN BREEDING STATION, ILOILO)

Section 1.    The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to implement Republic Act Numbered Forty-two hundred seventy-three, and the sum of twenty-five thousand pesos is likewise appropriated for the payment of the salaries of personnel for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Such sum as may be needed for the operation of the San Joaquin Breeding Station in the Municipality San Joaquin, Province of Iloilo, in subsequently years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations  Act.  

Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
