Section 1.    The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cebu, is further amended to read as follows:  

"Cebu, twenty-four assistant provincial fiscals;"

Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
