REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7436 - AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE LAKEWOOD MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAKEWOOD, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LAKEWOOD DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1.    The Lakewood Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Lakewood, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Lakewood District Hospital.  

Sec. 2.    The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Sec. 3.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
