REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7538 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE ROXAS MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A DISTRICT HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ROXAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1.    The bed capacity of the Roxas Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Palawan, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds and upgrading it into a district hospital to be known as the Roxas District Hospital. 

Sec. 2.    The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Sec. 3.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
