CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LUBOG PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
SAPIAN, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, TO TELESFORO APEROCHO MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL Section 1. The name of the Lubog Primary School in the Municipality of Sapian, Province of Capiz, is hereby changed to Telesforo Aperocho Memorial Elementary School. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
