Section 1.    The name of Paglaum State College in the Municipality of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby changed to Carlos C. Hilado Memorial State College.

Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

*    Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on May 5, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.
