Section 1.    The name of the Angelina Dumajel Elementary School in the Municipality of Kalawit, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby changed to Batayan Elementary School. 

Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its publication in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.

*    Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on May 5, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.
