REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7789  - AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER 18 OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALLESTEROS, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS "ADLAW TI BALLESTEROS"

Section 1.    The Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan, was founded on December 18, 1911 by virtue of Executive Order No. 79. 

Sec. 2.    December 18 of every year is hereby declared as a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan, to be known as "Adlaw ti Ballesteros."

Sec. 3.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
