| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8058 - AN ACT
AMENDING Sec. TWO OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 260, AS AMENDED, DECLARING
AS HISTORICAL LANDMARK ALL ANCESTRAL HOUSES ALONG RIZAL STREET, SILAY
CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. |
| Section 1. Sec. 2 of presidential Decree No. 260, as
amended, is hereby further amended to include as historical landmark
all ancestral houses along Rizal Street, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Sec. 2. The executive director and/or chairman of the National Historical Institute shall implement the provisions of this Act. Sec. 3. All laws, decrees, orders, rules and regulations and other issuances or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act shall be repealed or amended accordingly. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon approval. |
