| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8138 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION,
PROVINCE OF TARLAC, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONCEPCION VOCATIONAL SCHOOL,
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR. |
| Section 1. There shall be established a vocational school in
the Municipality of Concepcion. Province of Tarlac, to be known as the
Concepcion Vocational School, under the supervision of the Technical
Education and Skills Development Authority.
Sec. 2. The school curriculum shall give emphasis on agriculture, vocational, and technical training, science and technology education. Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law thereafter. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. |
