G.R. No. 123810 (Consolidated Rural Bank [Cagayan Valley] vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

The Court, before acting on the withdrawal of appearance of Atty. Benjamin B. Hermosa as counsel for petitioner and on the appearance of Atty. Valentin Pelayo as new counsel, RESOLVES to require Atty. Hermosura to SUBMIT to this Court petitioner's written conformity to such change of attorneys pursuant to Section 26, Rule 138 of the Revised Rules of Court within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
