G.R. No. 125203 (Rebecca B. Oracion vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Let the plea of equity filed by petitioner's counsel dated 1 February 1999 praying that the dismissal of the petition for certiorari be reconsidered and that the vase be resolved on its merit be EXPUNGED from the records of this case, the Court having denied with finality petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 14 September 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to adduce any compelling reason or substantial argument to warrant reason or substantial argument to warrant a modification of this Court's resolution.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case. Let ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGEMENT be made in due course
