Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12, 1999.

G.R. No. 129782 (People of the Philippines vs. Balwinder Singh, et al.)

The motions of the Solicitor General for third to fifth extension of time totalling sixty (60) days from 3 February 1999 within which to file appellee's brief are GRANTED, with WARNING THAT NO FURTHER EXTENSION will be given. The ATTENTION of the Solicitor General is called to the fact that his office has now been given a total extension of 12 days within which to file said brief and that under A.M. No. 99-2-03-SC which took effect on 15 March 1999, he is allowed only a maximum of ninety (90) days extension of time within which to file brief unless compelling reasons warrant a further extension which shall in no case exceed twenty (20) days.
