Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12, 1999.

G.R. No. 133766 (Renee Martinez vs. Regina Q. Magallanes, et al.)

The motion of petitioner for leave to file and for admission of therein incorporated third motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 31 August 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari and of 9 November 1998 which denied with finality her motion for reconsideration of aforesaid resolution of 31 August 1998 is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, petitioner's motion for leave and for admission of her second motion for reconsideration of the aforenamed resolution having been already denied in the resolution of 13 January 1999 pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, and the Court having declared therein that no further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.
