Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 12, 1999.

G.R. No. 134363 (Portland Concrete Phils., Inc. vs. Laguna Lake Development Authority, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 7 December 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for failure to show that the Court of Appeals committed reversible error in the challenged decision as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction as well as to show extraordinary circumstance justifying a departure from the established doctrine that findings of facts of the Court of Appeals are well-nigh conclusive on this Court and will not be reviewed or disturbed on appeal, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
