Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated APR 7, 1999.

G.R. No. 134966 (Armando T. Chiong, et al. vs. Faustino T. Chiong, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners with leave for reconsideration of the resolution of 3 February 1999 denying with finality their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 9 November 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari and noted without action petitioners' supplement to their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 21 September 1998 denying their motion for extension of time to file the petition, and considering that said motion partakes of the nature of a second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 9 November 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.

Accordingly, the Court NOTES WITHOUT ACTION: (a) the aforesaid supplement of petitioners to their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 9 November 1998 with motion for leave to file the same: (b) comment/opposition to said petitioners' supplement filed by respondent Evangelina C. Santos: and, (c) reply of petitioners to the said comment/opposition.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case. Let ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT be made in due course.
