Acting on the motion of petitioner to admit his second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 5 October 1998 which denied his motion for extension of time to file the petition of 18 November 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari and of 13 January 1999 which denied with finality petitioner's motion for reconsideration of aforesaid resolution of 5 October 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
